Members
  • Cathy Stone President

Cathy started with CISC twenty years ago when her sons were little and playing in the Recreation Program.  She has enjoyed her involvement with CISC in that time as a parent, coach or board member.  She and her husband Willy have three sons that have all played with CISC throughout their youth.  She stays involved with CISC in order to make sure other Alaska kids can have a great soccer experience.  She has lived in Alaska for over 40 years and loves the beautiful mountains and ocean, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, which includes her two dogs.  When not recreating in Alaska, she works at Alaska Housing Finance Corporation in their public housing division.

  • David Wight Vice-President

BS Engineering. 41 years in the energy industry including foreign assignments. Soccer coach since 1976, FIFA referee since 1980 coached in Colorado and Alaska. Referee in Colorado, Arizona, Egypt and Alaska. Also involved with the Dome Board and Anchorage Park Foundation Board. CISC Board member.

  • Mike Lash Member at Large

  • Erica Jensen Secretary

Hailing from the Missouri side of Kansas City, Erica grew up with a perfect grid-system of roads but not knowing what a well or septic system was. Her adventurous spirit led her to Alaska in 2003 but she balanced that with her love of everything neat and orderly by obtaining a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. Engineering Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. As a project manager at CRW Engineering Group, Erica works mostly on municipal, state, and aviation projects designing roads, trails, site plans, school sites, and airport taxiways.

When she's not entangled in autocad or excel, you can find Erica running, rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, camping, or traveling. Erica loves a good debate and has learned that the ability to laugh at herself is a valuable life skill.

  • Traci Stanley Member at Large

I have been with CISC since 2002. Both of my boys began playing in the recreational program at age 4 and continued to play for CISC both recreationally and competitively until they graduated from high school. I managed the 98 Boys Team for 10 years and have volunteered in numerous other capacities in my tenure with the club. This is my second stint on the CISC Board. My day job now and for the past 26 years is teaching for ASD.

  • Jessica Young Treasurer

Currently supervising auditor for the Department of the Air Force, Jessica has accountability for the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Team.  She brings 20 years of experience in internal auditing, finance, budgeting, risk management, governance, and team management and operations.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pacific Lutheran University and Master of Military Operational Art and Science degree from Air University; and is a Certified Defense Financial Manager.  Jessica is actively involved with the Cook Inlet Soccer Club 2004 Boys team as the team manager and with Samaritan's Purse, Operation Christmas Child, as the Southcentral Alaska Area Coordinator.  She joined the board in order to give back to the Club for all the benefits and pleasure her son enjoys being a player.
